MVK Polar Exhibition: Patriotic museum. Agenda
MVK expedition has opened the first in the world exhibition on the North Pole. Its exhibits: two tents - a copy of Papanin’s tent and a tent of Russian flag colors – made a center of the movable Polar museum. The exposition tells about the first drifting polar expedition headed by O. Smidt and I. Papanin debarkation on ice and a legendary flight over the North Pole by V.Chkalov and M.Gromov. |

The State Duma blooms. Arctic exhibition was opened at Okhotniy Riad
The State Duma warmly welcomes the Polar Museum. Arctic history did not cool off the Duma members heat. They visited the display devoted to the events of 70 years past – the Papanin’s teams debarkation on ice and Chkalov’a and Gromov’s flight over the North Pole to the USA. The museum was organized and promoted by MVK company which considers this museum as its heart summon and a history duty. This movable exhibitions will be presented in 18 Russian regions. |

Polar reception at the State Duma. June 14 the at 12.00 Polar museum opens
June 14 at 12.00 an official opening of the exhibition takes place at the RF State Duma. This exposition makes a part of a movable Polar museum created in memory of the 70th anniversary of two heroic expeditions: the first drifting Polar station ”Severniy Polus-1” of Papanin’s and Shmidt’s teams and the flight over the North pole by Chkalov’s and Gromov’s teams. |

Polar Museum in the State Duma
The mobile polar museum will be available in Russian State Duma offices. State Duma Committee for State Duma Operation Regulations and Organizing resolved to hold the exhibition. O.I. Kovalev, Chairperson of the Committee, has issued letter to this effect today. |
